Raven shoot
How clever are ravens? Do they communicate with each other when feeding? Simon King's team sent wildlife cameraman Jamie McPherson on a black ops mission at Newborough forest, Anglesey to film the wily ravens and find out.

1. Ravens are really intelligent and will fly away at the slighest sound. So to film ravens feeding...
2. Wildlife cameraman Jame McPherson had to get up at first light with loads of equipment...
4. The hide was to be his home for the next 4-5 hours but that's what it takes to get these shots...
6. A dog cam (a mini camera) was set up a metre away from the birds to get a close-up of their behaviour...
7. It's not D-Day! This is the hole through which Jamie put his long lens. But will the ravens spot it?
8. Much equipment was needed. Wildlife cameramen have to be clever and patient chaps...
9. Where's Jamie? 'X' (or rather 'O') marks the spot. With luck the ravens won't spot him.
