Raj and Pablo are in conversation with Aamir Khan, one of India's most celebrated actors. The Oscar-nominated Bollywood-star-turned-producer talks candidly to Raj and Pablo about his life, career and new film, Peepli Live. Set in rural India, it's a farcical comedy set against a backdrop of farmer suicides.

Khan started his acting career as a child in his uncle Nasir Hussain's 1973 film Yaadon Ki Baaraat. After 15 years of perfecting his trade, he was critically acclaimed in 1998 for Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak.

Over the past two decades he's been at the heart of Bollywood hits including Dil, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Rangeela and Raja Hindustani, plus the Academy Award-nominated Lagaan.

He turned director for Taare Zameen Par in 2007, which won him the Filmfare Best Director Award. His 2008 film Ghajini became the highest-grossing film of the year, followed closely by Three Idiots - the highest-grossing Bollywood film of all time.
