Dev heard through the grapevine that the BBC were looking for a Gujarati presenter, applied and got the job. He credits his lucky break with always being positive in whatever he does.
His favourite guest on his show has been the Bollywood playback singer, Pankaj Udhas and if Dev could trade professions, singing would be it!
