How did you become a presenter?
By sheer determination and belief in myself.

If you could make one wish come true what would it be?
Protection for the innocent orphans of the world.

What was your most embarrassing moment on air?
I was setting up a track during an interview with a particular guest and turned back so quickly that I banged my head on the mic - ouch!!

What's been your most exciting and / or memorable moment on air?
Interviewing Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan....a true legend.

Who would you choose to play you in a film of your life?
Smita Patil or Sameena Peerzada - both represent the modern liberated successful woman.

If there is one thing you can't do without, what would it be?
Food!!!

Which song/s makes you cry?
A beautiful ghazal by Masood Rana, "Tere Yaad Aa Gaye". (Waah, waah kya baat hain!)

What would you say is your best feature?
My eyes, so I've been told.

Who would you like to trade places with?
Rakhee in the film 'Shakti', because she gets to star alongside my all time favourite hero - Dilip Kumar.

What is your motto in life?
Live and let live.
