A fanciful view of an unidentified church, probably based upon the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam. The figures are attributed to Adriaen van de Velde. It is dateable to the late 1660s/early 1670s; the composition is comparable to that of a picture dated 1668 (?) (private collection).
