Celeb selfie: Dizzee Rascal

Dizzee Rascal and Michelle Gopsill

In today's celebrity selfie, Michelle Gopsill is left Dizzee by an Adonis-like torso.

'RIP TOTP,' laments assistant producer Michelle, referring to the demise of long-running music chart show Top of the Pops, which ran for more than 50 years until 2006.

But fortunately for Michelle, the show still lives on in Christmas Special format - and the 2009 edition in Television Centre provided her with the platform to meet Dizzee Rascal.

A CBBC researcher at the time, she worked in TVC's 'less famous sibling', East Tower. 'We'd sometimes nip in round the back to watch bands during soundchecks,' she says.

'On one occasion, fresh from watching a performance of Fix Up, Look Sharp, we found ourselves hanging out with Dizzee Rascal, who watched the proceedings with us from behind the black curtains.

'He was very happy to be there, friendly, making small talk and seemingly Adonis-like in torso from the brief contact we had for this photo,' Michelle recalls.

Presumably he was Flex-ing. Sorry.
