Synopsis
In this revealing item from a 'Panorama' programme, two doctors propose very different solutions to the problems already besetting the young organisation. One doctor believes the NHS just needs more money, while the other suggests that business efficiency models should be introduced and talks about 'utilising resources'. Meanwhile, a GP worries about changes in the doctor-patient relationship.
