Synopsis
Actor Ian McKellen has joined the equality group Stonewall to oppose Section 28 of the Local Government Act, which prevents the 'promotion of homosexuality' in schools. He participates in this forthright discussion about the repercussions of the Act alongside Sir Ivan Lawrence MP, chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee, who vigorously defends the government's position.
