Synopsis
As Debbie Flint reaches the end of her last day of filling in for Phillip Schofield in the 'Broom Cupboard', a tape of 'Rocky & Bullwinkle' suffers a technical hitch. As Debbie desperately pads for four minutes, she is joined by Philip, who tells viewers what to look forward to in the new season of programmes on Children's BBC.
