Kate played her game quite well. Phillip on the other hand, got too distracted and forgot that this is a competitiion first and formost, kate left him to dry in the board room and quite rightly so, she is infact palaying to win not looking for dates. I used to like phillip, but he dissappointed me and himself in ceveral occassions. He is big-headed, argoant, and think being good-looking means everything. There are far many men that are better looing than phillip. He needs to realise that he is cute, yes but not all that. And take a chill-pill.

After watching the series for awhile, I've constantly been astounded or overwhelmed, that the want-to-be's never ask the most vital question of all. What kind of position am I contesting for? I've seen the Boss fire people for incredibly misleading reasons thereby, sending mixed signals out to all. Such as-- why do you want this job when you've left a job paying more than the winner? Or the fact that your a successful business owner works against you. Moreover, surely age plays a major part in the final decision. Maybe I'm missing something but I'd rather have people that are proven than a raw gem. Honestly, I'm from the USA and only see reruns of past shows. Maybe,no,obviously there are members out there whom can answer my misgivings which are greatly appreciated. Looking forward to my 1st contact(s),Gratefully yours, Dr.G.A.Pritchard
