What's the big idea?

Week 8 This week artistic temperaments run high as the candidates have to create a logo and advert for a pair of trainers.

The boss makes it clear that this is a branding exercise. He wants the teams to make ads that will 'sell kit' not win artist awards, and after Stealth's roasting in the boardroom last week, no team dares to disobey Sir Alan's rules.

Jadine steps out from the sidelines to lead Eclipse and Sir Alan takes Ghazal up on her offer to lead Stealth.

How will Ghazal handle her two females-at-war, Kristina and Katie? While we saw them unite last week in the buying task, Katie now knows Kristina exposed her canoodling with Paul to Sir Alan in the boardroom - and she's furious.

Simon throws himself enthusiastically into the making of the ad, turning into our resident 50 Cent - rapping, breaking and dancing his way through the task. But who's skulking in the background like a sulky panto villain?

With just eight candidates left, the competition is heating up. A boardroom showdown beckons for one team and one candidate will face the firing finger of doom...
