After 12 gruelling weeks on the interview process 'from hell', Sir Alan picked 27 year old restaurateur Yasmina Siadatan to be his next Apprentice.
'I was hoping my little spark would pull me through and it did,' says Yasmina in her exclusive winning interview.
Sir Alan said about his new apprentice, 'Yasmina seemed to have that business instinct, not just in sales, but she's innovative and understands the plot of where we're going...'
Over the course of the competition, Yasmina never took her eye off the costs. She was the winning project manager three times, impressing Sir Alan in the second task when she brought home a 200 percent profit in the catering task.
Her final Cocoa Electric concept dazzled. The chocolates might have been shocking, but the concept, the target market and the all important price was right.
Sir Alan's main reservation about hiring Yasmina was that she's an entrepreneur, but she nailed the job after convincing him in the boardroom that, 'I know you don’t want to take a risk on me, but letting me slip through your hands would be a much bigger risk.'
After running her own restaurant, Yasmina is now 'looking forward to weekends off.'
Yasmina will start a £100,000-a-year job working for one of Sir Alan's company's Amscreen which sells electronic signs to health services.

Yasmina is a star and Sir Alan has got himself a diamond. Would be good if Yasmina had her own website, would like to keep up to date with her work progress etc. Won't be long before Amscreen takes off, good luck!
