This section details the Executive Board and its sub-committees' performance and compliance with wider regulatory guidelines across the year. The external regulatory and legal frameworks have implications for the BBC and how we carry out our activities. So, we introduce our Executive Board and show the processes they follow to meet their obligations and manage potential risks to our business.
Our independent non-executive directors give their view on how our committees and structures have worked this year, as well as the key matters they have covered.
