Kryetarja e Parlamentit tė Shqipėrisė Jozefina Topalli ka kritikuar presidentin Bamir Topi pėr kthimin nė parlament pėr rishqyrtim tė kodit zgjedhor qė u miratua disa javė mė parė me njė shumicė votash nga parti tė qeverisėse dhe tė opozitės.
Zonja Topalli tha pėr emisionin Zigzag tė BBC-sė se kodi zgjedhor ėshtė miratuar nga njė shumicė e gjerė parlamentare, pėrfshirė Partinė Demokratike nė pushtet dhe Partinė Socialiste nė opozitė.

"Nė fakt nuk ėshtė hera e parė," tha zonja Topalli. "Sa herė ka patur konsensuse tė mėdha, njė qėndrim i tillė i pėrsėritur ka qenė i presidentit."
