Contributed by Stephen

Zeppelin L.33 Ash Tray.

Born on a farm at West Thurrock, my great uncle Walter Luck joined the R.N.A.S. in 1914. He served at Mudros in the Dardenelles as a technician in charge of an observation balloon. Walter brought this ashtray, made from a piece of Zeppelin L.33 to Canada in 1929.
