standing liberty quarter

this is a standing libery quarter minted from 1916-1930 one the front there is 'liberty' with a sheid in front with an olive branch in her other hand. on the back there is an egal in flight with 13 stars suronding the egale. the s on the coin says that it was minted in san fransisco. they minted the date to low in the year minting of this coin and so the date would rub off how ever through chemical treatment the numbers of the date can be brought back. the desigin that was used was made by Hermon Atkins MacNeil. the designe was changed in 1917 and minted in 1918 so due to the short minting time there where only 52,000 coins minted and are worth more then those that where minted after 1918.
