a surah verse in the Quran

My family got this from souk madinah in Dubai. It reminds me of all those fun times with my family and just looks very peaceful, plus it looks historical and it is a good piece of painting in the house because the significant words on the painting would bring a equisite vibe. I will frame it with my family and hang it up, plus we went to Dubai in 2006 on a family holiday.
This is what it says:
In the name of Allah the Most Merciful, the Most Kind
Say,I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak
From the evil of the darkness,it is intese
From the evil of those who seek to promote discord
From the evil of the envier when he envies
