Cart Player

I never used one of these, but would have loved to! Before the days of computerey digitaly thingys these were used to play the jingles and stuff on the radio! They play "Carts", basically continuous loop of tape..... Onto which you could record audio preceded by a tone that stopped the machine just before it, so it was lined up for its next play. Or that's how I understand it anyway!
