Rene Lalique Mermaid

This mermaid is from the Lalique factory in France. Rene Jules Lalique is a famous glass designer who died in 1945 - but the factory is still going and the pieces much prized as collector's items. This was bought by the contributor at an Antiques Fair in Harrogage in 2000.
