Clyde Navigation Halfpenny Ferry Token

A brass Clyde Navigation Ferry halfpenny token. For over 100 years the River Clyde had numerous Ferries and 'Cluthas' transporting the population of Glasgow across the river. From March 2010 the last of the ferry services will cease and will mark the end of an era.
