Eisteddford chair

Contributed by Antiques Roadshow - St Fagans

This Eisteddford chair is engraved with the maker's name - JR Ellis. It was won by Huw Edwards, a grocer from Rhyl. More recently the chair was in the YMCA in North Wales and was going to be dumped when it was acquired by the current owner.

The heading is incorrectly spelt - refer to back of chair for correct spelling (Eisteddfod - without 'r').
