VE day circular letter from 'C'

This is a circular sent to all members of SIS/MI6 at the end of WWII. Always known as 'C' [or 'M' if you believe Ian Fleming] the Chief of the Secret Service has his initials at the foot and the rank of the recipient is at the top. In this case it is CWE or Controller Western Europe, my father's position at the time.
