Overview: See the letters on your keyboard better

Many people find it difficult to see the letters on a standard computer keyboard, especially if the keys are small and the printing is low-contrast (for example, grey on a beige background).

Fortunately, there are a number of sets of keyboard stickers featuring large, high-contrast characters that are available at little cost. Simply stick them on the keys of your keyboard and it will be much easier to find the key you are looking for.

The example shown in Fig 1 shows white letters on a black background, which some people find to be the easiest colour combination to see. However, you can also buy stickers in other high-visibility combinations, including black on white, black on yellow and yellow on black.
