Jane Berthoud, head of Radio Comedy at the BBC gives us her tips on writing comedy.

Making people laugh isn’t easy. But if you really know your characters, understand what market you’re writing for and find a good producer who will give you honest, constructive feedback then you may well be on your way to writing the comedy hits of the future.
