Series editor Dave Morley and series producer James Longman from Talkback Thames talk to Amanda Lyon about the process of getting a panel show on air each week.

It is hard to believe that this autumn has seen the 25th series of Never Mind the Buzzcocks. The show has been through several line-ups, one major celebrity tantrum and a seemingly inexhaustible supply of people who look like they might have once been in a band.

David and James talk about the tweaks they've made to the format this series, how they choose their guest hosts and why the intros round is so hard.
