Tessa Finch, Head of Development, Vision Productions

• Tessa is Head of Development for Vision Productions, which is the BBC's in-house production department. Vision Productions is the largest team of content creators in the world, with more than 3,000 people working across Factual, Drama, Entertainment, Comedy and Multiplatform. The team produces around 2,000 hours of content each year.
• As Head of Development, Tessa is responsible for creating ambitious new programmes and ensuring that producers work together, seeking opportunities across genres to maximise their creative potential in response to licence fee payers' desire for fresh, new and innovative programming.
• Tessa reports to the Chief Creative Officer of Vision Productions. She sits on the Vision Productions Board and contributes to the future direction and strategy of BBC in-house production.

Salary: £155,000
Total remuneration: £159,800

Expenses are costs incurred by BBC staff on behalf of the BBC and claimed through the BBC's expenses system (e-expenses). Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the BBC and booked through the BBC's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
