Caroline Elliot, Head of Strategic Operations & Development, A&M

• Caroline is responsible for leading major projects across Audio & Music, including the redevelopment of Broadcasting House in London and long-term accommodation and property issues.
• She leads on production modernisation, including the implementation of new systems and technology, and digital end-to-end production.
• Caroline is responsible for managing all business continuity issues and broadcast risks across Audio & Music to ensure that our national radio stations remain on air.
• She also leads on training and development for Audio & Music.
• Caroline is a member of the Audio & Music Group Board.

Salary: £102,000
Total remuneration: £106,800

Expenses are costs incurred by BBC staff on behalf of the BBC and claimed through the BBC's expenses system (e-expenses). Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the BBC and booked through the BBC's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
