Clare Dyer, Human Resources Director, Vision, North and Nations

• Clare leads the Human Resources team and is responsible for the overall HR direction and leadership to meet the medium to long-term strategic objectives for BBC Vision, BBC North and BBC Nations.
• She is responsible for delivering all HR services to the divisions, including training and development, recruitment, reward, diversity, employment policy and organisation design.
• She works in partnership with HR Shared Services to ensure ongoing delivery of daily HR operational support.
• Clare is a member of the Vision Board.

Salary (February 2012): £180,000
Total remuneration (February 2011-January 2012): £187,800

Expenses are costs incurred by BBC staff on behalf of the BBC and claimed through the BBC's expenses system (e-expenses). Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the BBC and booked through the BBC's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
