Ewan Angus is Commissioning Editor, Television at BBC Scotland.

He has worked in broadcasting for more than 25 years, much of it spent producing and directing across a broad range of programmes both for BBC Scotland and network services.

He is responsible for all television output produced for Scottish audiences. This amounts to over 1000 hours a year and an ever increasing proportion subsequently receives UK wide transmission.

In recent years he has also assumed responsibility for production in the areas of sport and comedy.

Among the titles that Ewan has commissioned and / or executive produced are: A History of Scotland, The Scheme, River City, Still Game and Limmy’s Show.
