Kill It Kid - Burst Its Banks

Out 3rd August (eek! should have baby by time this comes out!)

It is Chris Turpin's totally outlandish sounding voice which makes this song fly. He just doesn't look like this voice would come from him. It's very unusual see more at their MySpace. The band sound like Tom Waits, Nick Cave or Antony Hegarty might be lurking in their midst. But it is Chris, Steph, Richard, Marc and Adam though who make up Kill It Kid, and they should be coming to a venue near you soon with whole load of dates across the summer. The Kill It Kid moniker comes from an old Blind Willie McTell record and they certainly conjure up images closer to the deep South and Mississippi than the South West and Bath. Debut album should be with us by October.
