Duffer Of The Night
Duffer!

If you've ever bemoaned modern life and longed for the days when things were simpler.  If you behave in an old-fashioned manner... you're a duffer!

Doesn't matter what age you are, we just need to know about your duffing tendencies..

DUFFER OF THE NIGHT: Thursday 29th October.

Evening Gideon
Was contemplating some DIY earlier but, feeling a bit peckish, spyed the cake tin high up on a shelf. Inside was a long forgotten fruit cake, not home made (shame) but still in its wrapper and ready to go. A wave of calm and contentment washed over me as, already having a cup of tea on the go, I was set up for a few mintues settling down to 6Music with a cup of tea and some cake. Splendid. On closer inspection noticed that the cake was two days out of date - a tragedy, you might think? No, it just gave me even more justification and satisfaction for scoffing the slightly stale but nonetheless tasty cake. Am now half way through and feeling slightly bilious - does any of this make me a duffer? Will get to the DIY now, honest.
