Horrors and Cat's Eyes imminent

Faris Badwan discusses the band's new record and reveals another Cat's Eyes album

Former Mercury Prize nominees The Horrors will be returning with a new album in July.

The follow up to Primary Colours was recorded in their own studio, which they built themselves.

They have already been confirmed to play at Reading and Leeds in August.

Meanwhile, life goes on for the Cat's Eyes project, which comprises of Horrors singer Faris Badwan and Canadian composer Rachel Zeffira.

The pair have already started work on a follow up album, confirming to BBC 6 Music they will continue working with producer Steve Osborne, whose past artists include Happy Mondays, Suede, U2, and New Order.
