6 Music looks at the growing trend of bands setting up their own labels

6 Music has been taking a look at something that's becoming a trend in the music industry, as it becomes more and more common for bands and artists to leave their major labels and set up on their own.

In the past couple of years bands like Interpol, The Futureheads, Ok Go and The Charlatans have all decided to go it alone.
