Muse will headline Saturday night at this year's Glastonbury festival.
Rumours have been circulating for weeks now, but at last night's Music Producer's Guild Awards in London, Matt Bellamy and Dominic Howard confirmed they'll be playing the Pyramid Stage on the 26 June:
"I've heard that Michael Eavis said that we were and in fact we knew we were all along," they laughed.
As for their plans for the festival's 40th anniversary celebrations, Matt and Dominic say they've been thinking of a few options: "Hopefully we'll get Eavis onstage. Get him to sing Imagine by John Lennon.
"It's 30 years since he died or something so we are going to try and put all those things together and get the wise farmer to sing some very wise words."
Muse were at the glitzy awards ceremony in central London to pick up the Best Single gong for Uprising, which they produced.

Paul Epworth received the biggest honour of the night, Best Producer, winning out against Arctic Monkey's producer Jim Abiss, industry stalwart Steve Lillywhite and Kings of Leon/ Ryan Adams producer Ethan Johns.
Paul was handed his award by Florence Welch whose album Lungs he produced last year. The young producer is also known for his work with Brit nominees Friendly Fires, newcomers Chapel Club and electro-favourites Crystal Castles.
Whilst grappling with his MPG award and his Brit Award for Producer of the Year, which he was also presented with last night, Paul said it's been a long time in coming:
"I worked with a lot of the people in the room tonight, as a tea boy, a tape op... I've been working in recording studios for nearly 20 years. I've definitely spent a lot of time being the annoying younger brother in the room!
"It's nice to feel their respect as it means you are definitely doing something right. It's very easy for those people to criticise your work than the average listener" he explained.
Paul also admitted he was very conscious of being flavour of the month: "Music doesn't date, production does. I've already been through a couple of phases where suddenly what was vogue for five minutes is suddenly out of vogue.
"What I've tried to do is make exciting records, that arent niche, that inspire people and are fun to listen to. I am sure that in six months time or a years time someone else will be producer of the year."
