Muse tour food poisoning

My Chemical Romance members hit
02 May  07 - It’s not going too well for Muse over in the US right now. The Brit winners are supporting My Chemical Romance on what is a nationwide tour, but food poisoning has struck both camps which is causing all sorts of issues with their performances.

Several dates have now been cancelled with members of My Chemical Romance taken ill, crew members hospitalised and organisers worried about how to schedule the rest of the gigs

The  tour is in support of My Chemical Romance's platinum album "The Black Parade" and Muse's album, "Black Holes and Revelations"

A show in Columbus, Ohio was moved on the basis that everyone will have recovered in time. Ticket refunds are available from the point of purchase.

My Chemical Romance and Muse would like their fans to know that they hope to resume the tour as soon as possible.

don't be so surprised at mcr supporting muse...clearly muse is the better band, but mcr are extremely more popular here in the states (at least with the 16-20 year old crowd)...i went to a muse headline show a few years ago in ohio and there was 200 people there tops, while on this tour the turnouts have been well into the thousands, many of which are mcr fans...muse is the better band, but i am not sure they will ever be as popular as mcr in the states...we have a crappy music scene over here...people look for whats popular at the moment rather than what is actually good. music from the states = lame.

My Chemical Romance arn't even good enough to support muse, let alone the other way round. I don't think MCR would ever fill Wembley once never mind twice in two nights
