Listen Live
You can listen to the show currently on air by clicking the yellow Listen Live button at the top right hand side of each webpage. In fact wherever you see a yellow speaker button, this means there is audio for you to hear.
Listen Again
Our shows and news bulletins are available to listen to again for up to seven days after broadcast via the BBC iPlayer.
To listen online you will need either Real Player or Windows Media; if either of these is not detected on your computer then simple instructions will appear about how to install them. It is free to download.

You can listen to 6 Music using a DAB digital radio. This is different to your usual FM radio but is available from your usual hi-fi, car audio and high street shops. Before you buy one, you need to first make sure that you are within range of a digital transmitter. You can do this at BBC digital radio.
You won't be able to hear 6 Music on an ordinary TV but if you have digital TV then here is information about 6 Music channels:
Via Freeview Freeview is a service through which you could receive up to 30 free digital TV channels, plus radio and interactive services, through your normal TV aerial. There is no contract - just a one-off payment for equipment.

Via digital satellite television
