Bullies are usually being picked on themselves or want attention i was bullied once and the only reason she bullied me was because she had no friends and i did. She thought if she bullied me people would look up to her but they didn`t and people started to dislike her and it wernt until she got bullied she stopped as she realised its not very nice to be bullied and she didnt like it when it happened to her so she said sorry and we became quite good friend.Just because you dont get enough attention or your being bullied yourselves it doesn't give people the right to bully others.

I was bullyed when i was younger i'm 15 yrs old now and i stud to the bullies am glad to say. but if didn't i'd probly would still be bullyed now its right what sally said bullies are people who can't deal with their own life ... so they ruin others! they have problems of there own and cant deal with them so to make them selves feel better they pick on someone else to make them look hard but their not their just perthetic bullies so BEAT THE BULLIES WHERE A BULLY BAND

im being bullied and this 1 girl did it 2 me on my 16 birthday but now my parents are sorting it out if i didnt tell my parents i think i would of got so down i wouldnt of got back up it makes u think wots roung with me it ent U SO NEVA THINK IT IS.

Its unrealistic to say we will get rid of bullying totally as it's always existed. Kids can say the crulest things. Bullies are so dumb cos they make fun of people/things they don't even know about. People at schools just target people of different races, accents, sizes all the time. They just little immature boys/girls who pick on innocent people to fit in.

i used to be strong minded and have loads of confidence until i started getting bullied now i am nothing!! to make matters worse the school didnt do anything my head of year even heard me being threatened but didnt do anything i then lost all my friends. i now refuse to go to school and hope for home education, it may sound a good thing but it isnt. if you are being bullied be sure to tell someone and make yourself be heard if not you will end up like me...nothing!!!

Bullies have a habit of picking on those that appear to lack in confidence, they see it as an easy target because they know the bullying will take effect. try taking up and activity out of school like Montana (below) wether it be singing, dancing sport it will help you make friends as well as building your confidence up. Do it for yourself and remember who is the better person, even tho the bullies try and make you feel worthless if they were so good then so many people wouldn't be against it.... for those that have been bullied, remember how it feels don't turn a blind eye. bullies move on to victim after victim...show the new victim there is a way out.

i am a victim of bullying myself in school. i have complained many times and nothing happened so i went to my headmaster to complain. IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!! so now o hav commited myself to protecting others from bullying

Sorry to say this but BULLYING will always be around specially in the BIG inner city schools. The mentality of the area you grow up in can dictate what kinda ediots will be at the school. If you live in the country small community, going to a school of just 200 peeps, likelihood of bullying is very very slim, but central Bham or London where kids coming from hectic areas, where they have to take advantage of others to survive, then they got the mentality of "be and look the strongest at any cost to survive" and in that situation, a weaker one can be used to make another person look stronger in their friends eyes, so there you get bullying.

I used to get bullied at school in the 1st year. I hated it! Then in the 2nd year, came to a head in art class and i saw RED for the 1st time ever and lost it and totally beat the boy up so bad, he was off for a few days (Blind rage, plus lots of adrenalin, plus a whole yr of stress = extreme uncontrollable power)... after that, no one bullied me for the rest of my school life.

I think the blue armband is a good idea with celebs wearing dem, BUT who really needs 2 wear them, are the teachers, the dinner ladies, traffic wardens, bus drivers, where the kids will then see it often and realise people are everywhere on the lookout for bullies. Also the way bullying is dealt with needs to change. At school, the main un written rule is YOU DONT SNITCH ON NO ONE! Sounds bad, but im keeping it real, thats how it is. You say they should tell a teacher, but im keeping it real, when other kids find out you told, it wont be ok. What should be done is this ...

1. Kid tells teacher of situation in confidence.
2. Kid tells teacher the exact times and places this happens and when he/she thinks it will likely to happen next.
3. Teacher happens to walk round the corner when child is in the process of getting bullied, catching the bully red handed making it seem like chance and not like the child had snitched.

Then the bully is dealt with and the child being bullied is NOT branded a snitch by their school friends. If that could of happened at my school, may be i would of told someone.

My brother used to be bullied, since i am in a different school, i did not get to know who bullied him, then the issue got worse. As a way to catch the culprits red handed, his friend used his camera phone to video an event of him been bullied froma distance. this was then taken to the school authorities who then delt with the evidence correctly.

you just walk away from them and don't listen to them thats the best way to deal with it i got bulled throughout my school life and now people just leave me alone because i don't say nothing back to them and thats what really gets them

I was bullied at school always away from the teachers sight - No teacher ever noticed and there was avenue to go down to say anything - no one ever asked how you are? and i was at a new school - not even my form teacher asked me how i was settling in ,,,, i felt helpless ,,,, Now i struggle at work with this - and if you are bullied at work then if you are then at the point you are going to leave - you have nothing to lose by STARTING A GRIEVANCE WITH HR - what have you got to lose if you are going anyway - record in a diary any events that have caused you concern - STAND UP for yourself - even if you are having time off due to the stress of it ,,,

I hate bullies. When i was at school we had the divided groups like everywhere. But i was never just sticking to one group of friends. I spoke to everyone, whether they were getting on with doing work, a different race, or troublesome or whatever else. I myself was troublesome but never wanted to make other people feel like they were nothing and unable for anything. I had to make examples and look after people who were getting bullied. Whether some of my friends liked it or not.

Bullies are wimps realistically, and what they are about is immature. Now that i am turning 23, these days i will still go out of my way to slap a fool that is trying to make someone feel down no matter how old they are. Its not on!!!!. And if you are a bully reading this i swear you better keep it out of my face for real!.

Everyone is equal, no one is better than the next, some people don't act like you and were not brought up like you and didn’t have a choice to be how they were. Just think what you are doing first properly, it ain't good. And it doesn’t make you better.

I really hope people start being more considerate and stop this nonsense. Its a waste of time. And if you are someone that is getting bullied, PLEASE do whatever you can. Don't let them get away with it, even if it goes as far as getting the police involved in certain cases just do it. Otherwise make these fools pay. Peace to everyone who is getting bullied, it won't last forever, keep your heads up, be brave. I am looking out for you if i see you. Much love!!!!
