What’s up people of 1xtra land, its Targo signing in once again. Been an overly hectic summer for me so far, what with Napa and Malia residencies and preparing for the new Roll Deep album, not forgetting djing up and down the country and working with some sick artists!! Having tones of fun though, so it’s all good. 1xtra Loves Summer has been sounding wicked and I’ve been doing the official after party show for the last 3 Saturdays!!

Now it’s all about CARNIVAL! If you haven't registered for tickets.......YOU'RE GONNA MISS OUT!! It’s gonna be another historic 1xtra party, and I’m looking to tear it up on the decks still...
This week we (Roll Deep) recorded a Maida vale session for radio 1 so look out for that, and yesterday I was at Wiley's video shoot for new single 'Summertime'. All I’m gonna say is, do you remember House Party 2??...That was the look!

Well, Summer has well and truly begun for me, spent most of this week abroad after flying to Malia, Crete last sunday to perform with roll deep @ Camelot Castle club! Even tho its early season, we tore it up!! The night ended at around 4am, but we had to be at the airport for 6.30am to catch or flight to Ayia Napa!!!
Landed in Larnaca airport to 40 degree heat (hence why im looking so dark. lol) and headed to our base in cyprus. Met up with the likes of Boy better know and jammer before getting ready for the launch night for our bi-weekly event 'Shake a leg'. As always, napa didnt fail to deliver hype vibes, definitely a good night. Now all the work was done, we could relax in the sun for a couple of days before flying back to London.

No rest however when we did return, we had the video shoot for the new roll deep single 'Do me Wrong'. Its looking like it'll be a nice colourful summer vid, so keep your eyes peeled for that. Straight after the video shoot, i was off to Twin B's Birthday bash, where i played a dj set. Yet another good night!! I think this is gonna be the story of my summer,: Flights, fun, sun, djing and promoting the various projects im working on, especially the new Roll Deep album.

Well, what can i say....Summer is about to kick off!!! Ive been locked in the studio working on loads this week, got some big projects comin up.
Managed to get out for one evening this week, to join my fellow 1xtra dj's for a special dinner put on by our bosses! As always, the BBC took care of us, in a posh restaurant but whats with the tiny portions!!! I ended up eating Trevor Nelsons cheese cake aswell. lol.

With Summer comes holiday resorts and thats where im headin tomorrow, Malia first, then Napa on Tuesday!! So if you're in either places this week, look out for Roll Deep. Speaking of Roll Deep, look out for the new single featuring Janee, 'Do Me Wrong', also a remix of N.E.R.D'S new single which is fire!!!

YO, people whats up?? first of all i my apologise for not visiting the diary room for a bit, Ive been absolutely ran off my feet!! Where do I start? well, firstly ive djed at some wicked clubs in the last month or so, including Manchester, Leeds, Portsmouth, Bristol to name a few. Also got to play in the dj tent at the Love Music hate rasicm event in east london's victoris park. That was off the hook, big up the 80,000 that saw Roll Deep perform on the main stage a little later on!!

Speaking of big events, that brings me to the Radio 1 BIG weekend in maidstone!! spent the weekend down there enjoyin the likes of Madonnna, Nelly, Robyn, Duffy etc on the main stage and even bigger than that for me was Wiley, Skepta, Kano, and Chipmunk all performing together on the outdoor stage. Definitely an historic moment for the grime scene!!!

Other than clubs, gigs and festivals, ive been in the studio mixing the Roll Deep album 'Return of The Big Money Sound'. Its gonna be out in September, so look out for the new single and video here on 1xtra!!! Also ive recently recorded tracks with ghetto, wiley, scorcher, alex mills, lauren mason, j2k, and lots more so keep ur ears open. Things are really busy at the moment, what with lots of new music getting made as well as arranging all the summer events etc.. i start to get excited at this time of year!!
Recently ive been taking part in a social inclusion programme called 'your game' which introduces youngsters from around the country into the music industry via various artists. Me and Flowdan (roll deep), were up in Manchester, with ace and vis, also L double. Apart from the rain, it was a wicked day!!

Last Thursday, we were over in Bristol @ Syndicate for the biggest student night in the west country!!! myelf, flo, skepta, jammer, jme, and scratchy tore the roof off, everyone was goin sick!! Friday i was in leicester@ souq, another good night!!! check the pics, il be back next week!!! peace!
 
 

whats good people, target in the diary room again. keepin you up to date on what ive been up to!! Every so often i get the urge to take a break from all the madness of the music industry, and last week was one of those times!!! after hearing so much about the place, i thought id head to Dubai for a holiday! Boy, was it worth it, The weather was tippin 40 degrees for a start. So much to do over there so i tried to fit in as much as possible in my week long stay. I hit the biggest shopping mall in the world, which has EVERY shop you could ever imagine as well as a real snow ski slope! its sick!! Also hit some of the amazin beaches and the water park, not forgetting my desert safari, (even got to race my own camel). All in all, had a wicked time, check out some of the pics!!!






Came back and was straight into action, i played in sheffield last night with Boy better know. We absolutely killed club Uniq, big up all the sheffield ravers!! Roll deep album is just about finished (finally) so gonna be in the studio this week tweaking things! catch me back soon with more info!!!!

Well what can i say, EASTER WEEKEND!!! Boy have i been busy!!
started on weds in Southampton, taking part in a youth workshop called 'your game', teaching kids about the industry!! Then it was on to Manchester on Thursday to dj at Label!! Absolutely big night, look out for part 2 in May!!

Saturday was the BIG one!! 1xtra LIVE was finally here!! Ive just gotta say how proud i am of everyonr here at 1x, BIG UP!! All the act tore it down, the place was jammed!! make sure u check the mini site for all the goins on!!

Well as you probably know, this week was all about sport relief at the bbc, so I had to do my part!! Having already agreed to compete, i was dreading having to run with 3 very fit ladies and getting shown up on national radio!! Hence, the 2 light training sessions i had the day before! lol. On the day, it was me, rachel yankey (arsenal and england footballer), Zena, and michelle gayle, who all looked very ready to run!! My plan was to try and stick to rachel, and thats what i ended up nearly doing, running the mile in 5:46!!! (even tho i collapsed at the finish line). All good tho, raising money for charity!



Ive just got back from the shaftesbury theatre in london where Mtv hosted a comedy night!! I haven't laughed that much in ages, we were in stiches! Big up kojo and willy robo!!

Last night tho, Me and some of Roll Deep were invited to play at a private birthday party.........at a £14 million house!!!! As u can imagine, the house or should i say mansion where birthday boy Mitch and his parents live was super plush. all the trimmings included!! Well its been a busy 3 WEEKS or so since I last updated you on that hectic life of mine!!! Gotta apologise to the stalkers who have been getting withdrawal symptoms!! lol. Its been a busy few weeks for me, this year has definitely started with a bang!! Ive spent alot of time in this very building, covering for Mista Jam while he's in Manchester filming the new bbc3 sitcom he's STARRING in!!!.

Aside from radio, ive been in the studio loads finishing the Roll Deep album, also Alex Mills' album is finally complete, so ive been working on some new music with loads of your favourite uk artists, lauren mason, scorcher, j2k, Wiley, and many more!!

Last week i filmed my MTV dj takeover so look out for that soon on mtv base!! And i cant forget the raving crew, ive played in a few good spots, leeds, reading, leicester to name a few!! Got to go to Kylies BRIT after party on wedsneday, lets just say it was ALOT!

Finally, summer looks set to be a big one, Roll deep in napa every week, also sorting Malia dates now so book your flights peeps!!! Peace for now!!

So far its been another hectic week in the life of Targo!! Ive been covering Mista Jam this week as he's away so ive been squeezing in as much studio time as possible. Finally caught up with Young Kof at our studio in east london to go over some ideas we've got for future trax so keep ur ears peeled. Also working on some of my own Bassline tracks, and you know you'll hear them first on my show on saturdays!!!!

Had a break from the Radio yesterday as i was supposed to be playing in Manchester, but it was cancelled at the last minute!!! So what does a 1xtra DJ from Roll deep do on his night off..............Of course, I went to the theatre!!!!

Haven't been for ages so i was kinda excited to see 'Dirty Dancing'. I know, i know its not very 'Street', but hey i had a wicked time and am definitely gonna be goin to see other musicals!! Thats all for now, il be back soon!!

Well, we're back on the other side so to speak, A BRAND NEW YEAR!!! Boy am i looking forward to it!! First i may as well fill u in on what ive been up to over the festive and new year period! In fact it was the same as everyone else, EATIN, DRINKIN, SLEEPING, PARTYING, oh and of course WORKING!!, yep thats right no rest for the wicked!!

Had a good xmas, nothing too extravagant! spent it at my mums for the big feast!! New years eve i took it easy so I'd be ready for the NEW YEARS DAY 1XTRA PARTY in Leicester!! And yet again i made the right decision coz we had on e heck of a party up there!! Big up everyone who came out from all over the country, and big up all the 1x dj's on the night smashing it!! I think i spent my year's raving budget tho, so i gotta take it easy for a bit!!!

yep, its gettin closer and closer, i can almost smell the cranberry sauce now!! Ive Been out this week, tryin to get as much done as possible, coz theres no way you're catching me in London's West end at the weekend, its gonna be ridiculous!!! Also went and saw Bee Movie last night, which is kinda funny, one for the kids at heart! Gotta big up Paola at Adidas aswell, who may as well be called santa coz i left the Adidas hq with waaaaaaayyyyy too much to carry!! Xmas must have come early! Well, i did say it was party season, and thats exactly what it is!! Been doing alot of djing this month, and last friday had me up in Bedford for Boy Better Know's Night called Girls Allowed!. The night was at new venue chapel 29, which is decent to say the least, and the girls definitely turned out to show their support! Also playin was Boy better know, Jammer, Marcus Nasty, DJ Ironik plus more so the music was taken care of! Check out my pics from the night!!!

Since I last reported ive played in Bristol @ Syndicate superclub on friday, it was ALOT! Big shout to the 2000 students! i Also visit a college programme called rich mix, to give some advice to youngsters lookin to get into the music industry. I always enjoy giving back to the kids.

By far the highlight of this week so far has got to be the 1xtra/ Radio 1xmas party, which was last night! Put it this way, i am still drunk, but thats what happens when you start licking the free alcohol from 5pm!!! Always nice to catch up with my 'collegues', and good to meet some of the radio 1 staff, and the vibe definitely had that office xmas party vibe, formation dancin and all!!

quite a star studded event aswell, what with the likes of myself, lol, trevor nelson, kelly osborne, westwood, chris moyles, skepta and jammer, danny weed from roll deep, the list goes on.... Gotta send a shout to Jenna G, who whooped us all at bowling. and to Max, who had me as her personal photographer all nite! check the pics, il be back soon!

Ive been kinda busy this week so far, mainly on my new FACEBOOK PAGE!, boy is that addictive!! make sure u holla at me, either on my DJ TARGET fanpage, or on my personal one! (if u know my real name you'll find me)! Apart from that, I was in on Monday for my Max's review room where i got a chance to be a critic for a change. Big up my girl Max for invitin me in, although all she does is pick on me when she sees me. lol (its all love really).

And as christmas is comin up ive been doin a bit of shopping aswell, but so far only for myself! lol. Im in bristol tomorrow at Syndicate super club, so that should be nuts. I'll let you lot know how it went!!

Well, its December already, and u know what that means.....Xmas is soon, you get to eat loads of good food, big parties, time with family and friends, not to mention presents!! you gotta love december, apart from the weather..

Anyway, i was up in Leeds last night playin at warehouse once again, this time with fellow roll deepers, Wiley, Riko, and Scratchy. We tore it up as usual, the leeds crew are always up for a good party!! Im back up in Leeds again on the 21st @ Rehab so make sure u reach.

Whats happnin people, its targo lettin u know what ive been up to this past week!! Well it wasnt the best start to the week, as the Roll Deep studio's were burgled!! yep thats right, almost everything gone, just like that!! Cant explain how i felt when i got the call.
We hoped we'd find out something sooner or later and we did, rather soon actually. Almost everything was returned, including the computer with our new album project on it!! RESULT!!

well, winter is definitely setting in, its absolutely freezin!! being a summer baby, i dont do cold weather very well at all!! One good thing about winter is that christmas is coming, and i do love the festive season!!!

Been busy this week, in and out of meetings, did a few phone interviews for Roll Deep press, and of course spent loadsa time in the studio. Last week hooked up with Big producer Davinche to work on some beats together so look out for new stuff from us in the new year!

Friday, i was up in Sheffield @ club uniq for the Pay as u go reunion!!! Was a Big night, we mashed it up differntly, before cameo came on and carried on the vibes!! check the pics from the night.





There was no time for sleep when i got back at 10am, as i had to head to BBC maida vale studios to record a live session with Roll Deep for BBC introduces... so look out for that soon. I'll be back in the week, so until then, wrap up warm, and dont let the ice queen get ya!! lol.

well i knew it was only a matter of time, what with me bumping into a thousand people with the flu, that i would soon be next!!!
And this week was my week! its my third flu/cold in 4 months, i think i need to up my vitamin c intake or something!!



Still managed to get a bit done this week, had a guitar session player in the studio yesterday, me and Danny weed are workin on some new projects for 2008, on a more commercial scale, so look out for that!!

Last weekend, me and some of Roll deep were down at the EA games festival in Londons Trafalger Square. Caught jokes playing fifa 08 and other games in front of a huge audience, even though we got beat by 2 twelve year olds!! lol. Caught up with some other musicians including, Mitchell bros, Lemar, Little Chris, to name a few, and even met the Arsenal u18's team which is meant to be the best we've had in years (according to their agent). We'll have to wait and see.

Well, its been pretty hectic lately, trying to get work done in the studio, as well as doin gigs all over the country, press, my show, runnin a label, tryin to start a clothing company, but who's complaining?!!!

Last Friday, I headed down to Cargo in east London for Skepta's album launch party. Skepta put on a heavy showcase on his album and other tracks with the help of the likes of, JME, flowdan, frisco, trigga (inna corner) and basically most of the grime scene came to show support!! 




 
From there we headed to ministry for another Ayia Napa Reunion. Gotta say ive heard the words 'Ayia Napa' tooooo many times this year, but I cant seem to get rid of it!!

the rest of this week, I've been running around doing all sorts from press to studio to our very own 1xtra playlist meeting.

Im especially looking forward to friday as me and some of Roll Deep are taking part in the EA sports games festival in London's Trafalgar square. Should be big fun getting whooped on fifa 08 in front of thousands. you know i'll have the pics and all the gossip!!! catch my show this Sat aswell for the 'Electric proms showcase with Kano, Craig David and Ghetto with full live band!!!! Yo people, another insight into my hectic life begins with last monday. I was up at Nottingham Trent University for the freshers ball!!! Myself and MistaJam absolutely tore it down on the night, with a bit of help from nate james, lipicool the beatboxer and Jodie Ayesha performing 'Heartbroken', say no more!! Around 2000 students partied in the early hours, 1xtra style!!! a BIG NIGHT!





Of course, things can never go completely to plan, my car got towed for the second time this year!!! £155 to get it back, instead of paying £15 in the hotel car park!! kinda reminds me of wiley's tune 'my mistakes'.

Been in the studio today, looks like its gonna be a late one!! catch me back soon.

Well, well, its shaping up to be a busy week, trying to get as much done as possible between studio sessions! Had a photoshoot for MTV today promoting a new series called DJ Takeover, in which a different DJ presents the show for a week from monday to friday!! Caught loads of jokes down there and had some time to catch up with some of my dj 'peers'! It was good to see so many big DJ's in one place, all just getting along!! The theme of the shoot was 'Bratpack/Smart, so make sure u check the pics of me looking kinda suave if I do say so myself!!




Also getting ready for my new show that starts this saturday at 10pm. make sure u tune in for more BIG tunes as usual, but with a saturday night feel to it!!!!

Yo whats up peeps, I've just got home from a kinda long day!! started in the studio, (as usual), recording a few vocals with scratchy from roll deep. Then went to view the new roll deep video for 'racist people' which we did in conjunction with love music hate racism, so look out for that on your screens soon!!!

This evening, I went down to a gig in aid of sickle cell in London's Covent Garden. Some great UK acts were performing on the night including Alex Mills, Ny, Davinche and Bugz In The Attic to name a few!! All put on a good show, check the pics from the night!!

Yo whats up peeps, another show and week have flown past! I have been in the studio most of the week, its definitely hibernating season now, this weather is crap! I suppose the cold, wet weather is good for one thing, keeping me in the studio. Still workin on the new roll deep album, taking our time to make sure we come up with something everyones gonna enjoy!

In the just the last couple of days Skepta, Riko,Wiley, Scratchy, Jet Le, Breeze,Brazen, Flowdan, Karnage,Danny Weed, and of course myself have been workin hard. Apart from that ive just been sleeping and eating really, nothing amazing to report!

Look out for my new show starting SATURDAY 13th october at 10pm! This Sunday's my lasy 7-10 so I'm gonna make sure it's a big one! I will  be back in a couple of days with more info on my upcoming bookings in Stoke and Nottingham so get ready for that!! Peace.

Yep, I'm back, letting u all know what ive been up to in the last few days. since we last spoke, the highlight of my week was probably the Mobo's last wedsneday. Went down to O2 in London with Skepta and Danny Weed from roll deep, and was surprised to see that the show was much better than last year, with some good performances, not to mention that they used one of my beats for the TV coverage. lol.

Of course, we hit the after party, downed a few free cocktails in the VIP then hit the main party for a bit!! was a decent night all in!! Been in the studio since then , workin on this roll deep album, its sounding good though, gotta say! check the pics. i'll be back soon with more diary madness!

Had a good weekend, didnt really get up to much, was in the studio for a bit, then went up to london's west end to have a little shop! Had a good show on Sunday, U guys always get well involved, which I love most about doin my show!

Yesterday was kinda hectic for me, got picked up at 8.15am to be taken to the tate modern gallery in london which is one of the most well modern art gallries in the world!! I hear U asking 'What is Target doin at an art gallery?'. well I was there to judge a competition where up and coming musicians, submitted tracks inspired by works of art at the tate!

The winners were to get their track displayed alongside that piece in the gallery. the other judges were none other than felix from bassment jaxx, and graham coxon former;y from Blur, so I was in some big company!! Had a laugh down there, spoke to alot of the entries and spread my words of wisdom. lol

Straight from there it was off to the studio where I've more or less been living lately to get a bit of work done before heading out for the 1xtra DJ's dinner!!!! Thats right, a fulll on 3 course meal at a very posh members only restaurant in london, all taken care of by the bbc!!! (this is why i love my job)! gotta say, the food was wicked, and it was good to catch up with some of the DJ's I dont see very often. Its been a busy week, spent Monday out lookin for a new camera in the west end, as I broke my one in Napa and it wasn't covered for accidental damage! damn! Finally got one, so i can make sure I snap up all the excitement for u lot!

After that, had a roll deep styling meeting for our video tomorrow for 'Racist People'. Big up Ivy and Lorraine, I love a freebie!!! Tuesday was the video shoot and that can only mean one thing..... the longest ever day!!!! got picked up at 7.00am by our tour manager Loxley, and headed with the rest of thre lads to a studio in camden. london to do the shoot. The director, Mo, and the crew were already there, set up and ready to go! Spent the day eating mostly, (the buffet ws alot), and then jumping in front of camera for my Cameos every now and again. Everything went to plan, for once and we were done by around 9pm.

Big up every one involved especially Mo, and the guys from love music hate racism!!! Look out for the vid soon!!!

Wedsneday I was back in the studio, more beats for my CD aim high volume 4, coming soon. Thursday came into 1x Towers as always for my weekly briefing, then later it was off to Stoke on trent, Club Zenns to be exact. Me, Danny weed and Flowdan from roll deep were in the place, as well as DJ Ironik doing a pa! a good night big up all the hanley/Stoke crew, definitely feeling their niche/bassline tunes, I was happy to oblige!! Today was in the sudio again once I got back from stoke this morning, then spoke MTV about a show i might be involved in soon, so look out my face on your telly's aswell!! looking forward to the show this week as always, make sure u lock in, or shout me on myspace.com/rolldeepofficial. Whats up, its me again, just checking in to let u lot know whats been poppin'! ive been in the studio almost ALL week, putting in the hours as much as possible. Came up with some sick beats this week, so im feeling very productive!! Only problem is, when im in the studio I always ending eating chinese or kebabs or something along those lines, I think I need to hit the gym!! lol

Played some new music on the show tonite, also had 1x's latest signing, DJ Footloose, rollin out a 30 minute house mix. Listen again if u missed it.. Yo people, Im back in the diary room with more behind the scenes shenanigans! Finally recovered from all the madness of bank holiday, feeling much better. Got back in the studio on Wedsneday, got loads to finish this month so look out for new tracks on my show soon!!

On Thursday, as one of the perks of the job, I got to go and attend an advanced preview screening of the forthcoming flick, Superbad!! Trust me, when it comes out on the 14th, u need to see it, its hilarious! its about 3 high school friends, who are nerds basically on the quest to get cool and get laid, before they start college at the end of summer. They get up to all sorts of madness, and its jokes from start to finish!!

Back in the studio on Friday, but the highlight had to be Brian winning Big Brother, and I'm not even a fan of the show.! Big up brian , the first black man to take the 100 grand prize!

I cant believe im even writing this right now. Im completely shattered, in fact I think I've caught some kind of flu over the MASSIVE CARNIVAL WEEKEND!!! Let me break it down for ya!

Started for me on saturday, spent the day shopping, getting a few bits for the carnival weekend, who told me to go with girls? i should have known better, having to spend hours waiting while they look at and try on everything in site!!! Anyway, I left for leeds Saturday night at around 11pm, already feeling a little ill, but thought nothing of it! By the time I arrived at about 2ish, I was shivering, had the worst headache, and just felt terrible! Went straight to bed at the hotel, I had a big day ahead tmoro!

Got hardly any sleep, due to the fact I felt like I had gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. Time for some lemsip max strength!!! After dosing myself up with everything I could find, I headed to potternewton park in leeds to play at the 1xtra stage @ the 40th annual leeds carnival. Warmed up the park nicely, before making way for DJ Cameo. Stuck around for a bit, had some food, checked out the main stage etc... good vibes all round. Didnt have long before I had to go to bbc leeds to do my show, still feeling ill!!

So I had already played at the carnival, then did my radio show, but it wasnt over there. I was playing at Twilights in leeds for one of the carnival after parties. Cant believe I made it throught the day, and night, but started to feel a bit better once inside the club. Biggest tune of the night by far, was Benga tune, 'Night'. it got no less than 7 reloads!!! Its alot!!

So, onto Monday, i drove back down to london on the m1, getting back in time to get a quick knap, before getting ready for the 1xtra carnival after party @ sound, Leicester Square! Another BIG 1xtra event, with every P.A ripping it up, not to mention the 1xtra DJ line up that smacked it! Big up Ray for the drink vouchers!!! Always helps! Check out all the carnival goings on on the website, I've broken my camera, and am waiting to sort it!!! I'm going back to bed now, peace!

Yep, its me and I'm back from napa in one piece!! Had fun as always, the roll deep night was busy as usual, sun was blazin, beach was sandy, well I think you get the picture!! Gotta say though, theres far less people over there than 2 weeks ago when it was my B day! I think thats my 'target loves Ayia Napa' season finished. I'm still debating whether or not to go back at the end of the month for the closing parties, we'll see!

Had a wicked show tonite, was in the mix alot, played you some new bigguns!! Out to everyone on the text and email, the whole uk always represents!!

Back in the studio tmoro, gotta work on the roll deep album, Alex Mills, Chipmunk, Flowdans album, and not forgettin my own cd, Aim High vol. 4 which will be out in October. I'll be back in the week with more diary madness.

Been in the roll deep studios (thats like my HQ) tryin to get as much work done before I fly out in the morning back to napa! i'll let ya know how it all went next week.

Whats up 1xtra land, its ur boy targo back writing in my diary!!! ive spent the last two days recovering from my birthday week extravaganza in Ayia Napa. Boy did that take alot out of me!!! once again big up everyone who helped me celebrate the big day, aka everyone who bought me a drink!!! lol.

Its back to work though, now im back in the uk, been in the studio today making yet more beats to put into the Roll Deep album folder. Trust me its gonna be a big one! Also, Alex Mills' album is takin shape and sounding sick, so theres alot of music headind 1xtra's way soon.

Caught up with wiley earlier aswell, he's workin on his new cd, 'grimewave', and the stuff ive heard is alot!!! heading back to my second home (napa) after the show this sunday, so better get back to work!! catch ya soon. peace

well, well, well, what can i say?!!! i haven't been in the diary room for a couple of weeks now! i have a good excuse though, ive been in ayia napa, cyprus yet again, but this time it was for my big birthday celebration at club abyss!  and boy was it a BIG biirthday, one of the best ones ive ever had in  fact!  Ive gotta big up everyone who attended club ayss last monday for the roll deep night/target's bday bonanza, it was alot!!!!
so many people were wishing me happy birthday, and i didnt have to buy my own drink for about 3 days!!! started the night by playin a heavy old skool ukg set, before joining everyone on the dance floor to party when karnage and danny weed took over on the decks!! shout out to riko and flowdan who got the whole rave chanting happy birthday to me aswell, it was nuts!!  i actually didnt get to sleep until 3pm the next day! spent the rest of the week, chillin in the sun, catching up with 1x listeners from around the uk, and of course more partying!  bassline 4x4, and funky house definitely doing its thing along side all the old skool ukg, and rnb. to many people to big up from the week, but u all know who u are !!  had to come back to reality sooner or later though, and on friday i flew back to heathrow in time to play in hastings @ green rooms on friday night with flowdan, scratchy and wiley. another big night, big up the hastings crew for the vibes down there. managed to get a flat tyre on the way back, so we spent 20 mins changing tyres on the dark, unlit A21.. made it back in 1 piece though, and spent saturday in the studio, workin on new tracks.
had a good show this evening, today was the hottest day of the year so far, so lets hope the good weather holds out!! i'm back in the uk until the 13th aug, so i'll be back in the diary room befire that, then its off to napa again..... i know, its a hard life being a 1x dj... lol..... catch ya in the week, until then check out some of the pics frmo napa and hastings.. peace!

Well, well, well, what can I say, its been a big week!! I’ve been in ayia napa with the rest of roll deep and boy better know, havin it large. Landed last Monday afternoon, with just a few hours to spare until the roll deep night at abyss club!! Grabbed a moped and went to the beach for the warm up party. Once again, the night was a success, completely packed inside abyss club, nothing but good vibes!! Big up all the ayia napa revellers who were there. Once Monday was over, I had 5 whole days to myself aka partying hard, (what else could I do?). went to night held by, ez, heartless and sun city, all of which were heavy, as well as going jet skiing every day, which worked out a bit expensive at 20 pounds for 15 minutes, but the feeling of being out there in the middle of the ocean, speeding around was amazing. Met some good people over in Cyprus, a lot of which said they listen to my show back in the uk, so big up all the 1x crew. All in all, a great week and it doesn’t end there, im back out there next week for my birthday bash, its gonna be a lot!!! Check out the pics! Whats up peeps, im in the diary room right now, getting ready to go to the airport, heathrow to be exact, to head back to ayia napa!!! Been busy in the studio all week with the rest of roll deep, working on another new roll deep album. Must say, sounding wicked so far!! Literally haven't had time to do much else this week, apart from sitting on myspace for 3 hours the other day while the main computer in the studio was playing up! Had a good show this evening, played u lot some new tracks from lauren mason, kelly rowland, roll deep, and lisa maffia to name but a few. Definitely gonna be a big summer of music! yes yes yes IM BACK IM BACK!! Boy has this week been hectic!!!
straight after my show i was off to the airport heading for the sunny island of cyprus! i could only be goin to one place with my old skool ukg records on my back.....AYIA NAPA!!! landed in the early afternoon, and stepped off the plane to ridiculous heat, mid thirties easily! bumped into 1xtra's g child at larnaca airport, and got to roll to napa in style in the porsche jeep that had come to pick up g! after getting stopped for speeding, we got to napa and it was a quick shower and off to mario the moped man!! after getting my transport, i headed to nissi beach to find the roll deep lads who flew in yesterday. fast forward a few hours, abyss club, and it was the launch party for the roll deep and cameo nights, which rotate every monday! a COMPLETE ROADBLOCK!! with my a cam on the decks for 3 hours, and flowdan, scratchy, riko and breeze on the mic.. a big big night. left in a cab, a little worse for wear shall we say, not about the drink driving!! a good few days away was great, especially when we landed back in england to RAIN!! went to see oceans 13 on friday night, look out for my 3d glasses pic! saturday mornin i was off to nottingham to for the carnival, to present a 1xtra doc about the spirit of carnivals in the uk!! saturday was what i like to call the music day, based in a huge park, wit stages and tents, with sound systems and local talent. also i got to see some wicked dance troopes, doin their thing!!! oh and how can i forget the food! it was alot!!! sunday was the procession day, with all the costumes and floats travelling thru the city centre.and i was behind the scenes for the first time seeing how everything is put together. alot of hard work goes into to those amazing costumes and float decorations. some people had been making props for 10 MONTHS! big up everyone who i met up there!! a banging weekend wouldn't be complete without flying back to london on the train to do my show this evening. look out for the carnival pics coming soon. peace out, more next week.

whats up people? im back in the diary room yet again! this week has been overly busy!! ive been to a different club every night since sunday, and boy am i shattered!!  started the week, straight after my show, passing thru the fridge bar in brixton for a funky house night with killer P and flowdan, both fellow roll deepers. strictly nice vibes in there, set me up for a week of djing and ravin. managed to fit in smoe studio time in the daytime on monday before heading to oxford in the evening. tuesday was another studio session, working on another roll deep album, and aim high vol.4 which will be out in august. then off to music box in manchester where roll deep, L.man, cameo, and mayhem crew tore it down! big up my manchester peeps every time. wedsneay i attended a leaving party in kingston, then thursday i was up at lava club in norwich for another roll deep performance. big as always!!! back in the studio on friday and saturday to work on some beats then out again last night, at the grand in clapham to dj at my friends 21st party, big up francesca and all the crew!!! im off to napa in 3 hours so the party aint stoppin yet! i'll be back with the full lowdown next week, pics an'all. peace out!

Hey hey, its only me reporting another week in target land! This week was kinda fun. On Monday, me and the rest of roll deep were booked to perform at cambridge university's summer ball, and they really meant ball! We arrived to students dressed up to the nines in tuxedo's, bow ties and ladies in full length ball gowns, it was a lot! There was us in our usual 'urban wear' bombarded clare college campus for their after exam shindig. Boy do they put on a good party, or should I say outdoor festival. Everything was free after entry (which was £150 per head), including endless drinks and food, chocolate fountains, massages, music tents, games, donut stalls, the list goes on. The students were definitely up for it, partying away to tracks like 'celebrate' and 'shake a leg'. We stuck around for a bit after the show to catch the vibe properly. Lets just say we were a little tipsy when we left... Big up all the future politicians and nuclear physicists, a BIG night. Check out the pics!!!! Tuesday and wedsneday was studio days, working on another new roll deep album, stay tuned to my show for previews over the coming weeks! Thursday was wiley's launch for 'playtime is over' @cargo in london. yo yo yo, its me, back from portugal! i set off last week for a quick break from the hustle and bussle of life in the uk. headed to the algarve, albufeira to be exact with a couple of the lads to chill out for a bit. landed at faro airport at around 8am, (theres no time difference between portugal and the uk) to a very sunny hot morning. got to our hotel soon after to begin the big chill. spent the week relaxing by the pool, checking out the sights, eating REAL peri peri chicken from portugal, as well as checking out the nightlife with the bars and stuff. big shout to everyone who was out there partying, i definitely met some fun people! Be sure to check out the pics ive posted! landed back last night in time to do mister jams friday night show, as he was covering ace and vis all week. i was feeling tired but the 1xtra towers always seems to liven me up. a good show i think. next week, make sure u log on to my diary as me and roll deep have got quite a busy week, including a big summer ball at cambridge university and wileys launch party @ cargo. i'll fill u in next time im in the diary room! peace out!

yes yes peeps, its me back again in the diary room! Tryin to not catch big brother fever. Gotta say, emily is sooo stooopid, thinking she can get away with using the 'n' word on the show after what happened with shilpa! Anyway, enough of that, what have I been up to I hear u askin? Well for the last 2 weeks Ive been running around like a mad man! Played in bristol on the 30th may @ soho. Me skepta flowdan and manga tore the roof off of the small venue which was packed. Big shout to all the bristol heads!!! Between dippin in and out of the studio and the usual meetings about future work, ive been tryin to get ready for the summer, what with loads happening! The last 7 days has been kinda frantic, I feel like I been rushing around all week. Got the chance to attend the exclusive kano gig last wedsneday, which was BIG! Kano performed tracks from his forthcomin album, london town as well as some of his classics like p's and q's and brown eyes. The live band were especially good, its refreshing to see uk artists delivering a good show!! Friday, my car was towed for bein on a red route, silly me, I had to pay nearly £200 to get it back!! Dosen't the government make enough money from congestion, etc without nicking peoples cars and holding them to ransom?!!! Enough moaning anyway, im off to portugal in a few hours to chill with a cocktail by the pool, so look out for the full diary treatmen next week when I return, pics and everything. i did say it was a busy one this week. Myself and the rest of roll deep were asked a little while ago if we'd be interested in doing a tv show where a comedian spends a week with us, living the life of roll deep, and then at the end perform a stand up comedy gig for us and our friends!!! OF COURSE WE DID!! well this week was the week it all went down. got some studio work done on monday, but from tuesday, it was all about rollon with fame academy and love island presenter, patrick kielty. boy did we catch jokes. we took him to deep dark hackney to get some rice and peas, went to channel u for a performance, spent time in the studio, passed thru our estate where we grew up, witnessed mc battles, learned the lingo and much more! all with the cameas right behind us. yesterday was the grand finale, with patrick performing his all new stand up material for roll deep and our friends at a secret location, also filmed for the show. all i can say is make sure u watch it next month, its gonna be called tough gig , and it'll be on itv next month. straight from the comedy gig, it was straight up the m1 to leeds, gatecrasher to be exact for my dj booking. the club was packed, with 2 rooms playing old skool ukg and niche/bassline. tore it up as usual in the old skool room as usual, but it was all about the bassline room, too much vibes! and lovely ladies!!! dj q mashed it up aswell, with flowdan and scratchy from roll deep joining in on the action. we were literally the last people in the club, say no more!!. still got bank holiday monday to go, so its not over yet. catch me back in the week with more diary madness.

hey my woderful listeners at 1xtra. im back in the diary hotseat for another update! Nothing really amazing happened this week, spent it mostly in the studio, workin on new material with alex mills, killa kela, seb zero, roll deep and wiley's solo projects. some good stuff comin out of our studio at the moment , what with summer fast approaching, gotta get all the studio work done now before the weather is too irresistable to even go near the studio. caught spiderman 3 this week aswell, cant say i was overly impressed with 'the most expensive film ever made! its all about transformers the movie in july!!!! hold tight the 80's babies!next weeks a busy one, gonna have itv cameras following us all week. i'll fill u in next time!!!

well, i dont know where im findin the energy to even type this... its been a mad busy bank holiday weekend for me! started it asll off in slough on saturday, @blu ice for an old skool garage event. me and flowdan from roll deep went down to do the booking, which was a quite busy night, good vibes in there, definitely. big shout to karlene who organised the night and all the slough crew for coming thru.. there was no time for resting, sunday i had my radio show, 7-10 which is tiring in itself, but whats worse i had to drive to leeds straight afterwards to make my 2am dj set @ twilights in leeds.. pulled up with just ten minutes to spare, my mc for the night, wiley was already waiting for me in the club. we jumped on the set and smashed it with some old skool ukg, wiley gettin the whole crowd singing along to his hooks.. spent a while in the club after our set but left at around 4 am start the daunting drive back to london...220 miles or 3 hoursish!!  got home at 7am after dropping people off, straight into bed for the measly 3 hours sleep i was gonna get. dragged myseltf out of bed this mornin to come in to do my over to you garage special, that really woke me up!! thew show went well, got some great requests, hope everyone enjoyed it. im shattered, need to go home and catch some more zzzz's. catch me back soon. this week im in the studio with killer kela the worlds no.1 beat boxer, should be really interesting!!  

hey peeps, im back! i did say this week was gonna be a busy one, but i literally haven't had a minute to myself! monday i spent in the studio, before goin for a quick meetin with alex mills' (a signing of me and danny weed) new record label, then for nando's and back to the studio. oh yeah i bumped into 1xtras' helena and emma in ikea in the mornin aswell!!! tuesday was my mums b day, so had to spend some time with her before heading back to the studio to record the chart for channel u, with some of roll deep. after that it was back to recording tracks till very late!!

yesterday, weds 2nd i had the chance to go and feature on hmp wandsworth's very own radio station, radio wanno. its ran by inmates for the inmates of the prison, and they do a live show once a month, that i was a part of. ive visited people in prisons before, but ive never actually walked thru the wings where the guys are actually living! it was definitely a eye opener. the show went well, big shout to simon from north weezy, greek stuff and d.o.t and the rest of hmp wandsworth for havin me. even though i enjoyed my stay, it was good to know i was leaving again soon, unlike the guys i were with! from there it was back to roll deep studio's to meet the producers of a new show we're doing for itv. its about a comedian  spending some time with us, learnin our culture, day to day lives etc.. and then perfroming a stand up act to us at the end. should be jokes though! managed to fit in some studio work aswell.

today im just getting ready for the big may bank holiday weekend, a busy one for me. im playing in slough on saturday, then leeds sunday, not to mention my show on sunday, then my big bank holiday monday, over to you show!! monday 2-4pm. i hope u lot are requesting all those ukg anthems! i'll let u know how the raves went next time.........peace. 

yo yo yo, whats happnin the good people of 1xtra land, its me target, back in the diary hotseat! to be honest, this weeks been kinda dull, most of it spent mixing some new tracks ive been workin on in the studio. that along with a couple of press interviews, and the week has already finished.tonites show was big fun, gave away a pair of vip tickets to cameo's birthday thats next week. big up alana from birmingham who grabbed em! catch me back during next week, its a busy one!!!

just finished another big show, loads of new music from all the flavas you guys love. make sure u listen again if u missed anything..thursday myself and roll deep attended a school tour in conjunction with love music hate racism, which is an important issue for us, being such a multi-cultural group as roll deep. went really well, big up all the kids who were there. from there i had to come in to 1xtra towers to speak to a community group about how i got into radio etc, and some advice fro budding presenters and dj's. the day wasn't over there. i rushed over to the camden crawl to do yet more interviews, this time for itn news and another mtv int. mtv news 2 days in a row, wahey! 

friday was hectic, needless to say, attended a bbc hip hop music conference about the state of hip hop, the language, etc as well as the dj's responsibility to the listener when it comes to playing tracks with certain content! very interesting discussions, i must say! back to the studio from there, ad to mix a track ui been workin on! my night took a turn for the worse when i left my phone in the studio, and i didnt have my key, nor was anyone else in there at the time. all this meant i missed roll deeps performance at the camden crawl, although i heard it was banging! alsp missed alex mills' birthday party, doh, i do like a party!!

saturday was kinda chilled, done a bit of shopping in the sunshine, then passed a bbq before heading back into radio 1 to do an interview with roll deep on tim westwoods show. listen again if u missed us passing thru!
finally today, i spent the afternoon, forstly watching the london marathon, which passed right in front of our recording studio. even got stopped by a police officer who listens to my show every week, makes a change! catch me back next week, hopefully it wont be as hectic as this week....peace out!

tuesday was another day in ther studio, just my luck, the sun was shining! that brings us to today, kinda busy still! started the day with a bbc photo shoot..... at last so finally i'll have soem decent pics on the 1xtra website! from there i had to race back over to the roll deep headquarters in east london to do more press, mtv news included. big up tim kash and the rest of the crew who passed thru...

went to timbalands launch party on friday at movida in london. glad to say it wasn't just a party with timbo's name attached, he was actually in the house, on the mic even. not just timbo either, ludacris, just blaze, alesha dixon, simon webbe, tim kash, and the usual page 3, footballer clientel were all boogying away.

me, danny weed and my boy roly had a great time, say no more! finally got out in the sunshine properly on saturday, chillin. passed the studio a little later to mix a track. today, i spent the afternoon in the heat again, definitely tryin to make the most of it while its here! hopefully it'll last into next week! good show tonite, nuff new tunes, remember,if u missed it, listen again! holla at me on

hey hey, another sunny day in the capital!! todays seems like the first day ive really ventured outside other than to go to the studio. yeah thats right, been in there every day since monday, workin on more new music. i guess u could say im in the zone! i heard the best of the weather is still to come so im lookin forward to the weekend, definitely gonna reach a park or something!!! loadsa new music planned for the show this week, new stuff from kano's mixtape, new roll deep, new dizze, not to mention some new funky house house and bassline tracks. lock in sunday 7-10 to hear what im talkin bout! holla

yep, its me checkin in on my diary! not too much has happaned since i was last here. went to frisco's launch party at dirty canvas last nite, had some jokes. after the club had finished a group of us including the likes of flowdan, jme, wretch 32 and others headed over to tinsel town which is a 24hr milkshake/nurger/u.s diner type place that comes in handy after dances. the funniest part of the night is when we ordered a birthday surprise cake for our friend who was with us! except it wasn't his birthday. nothing funnier than seeing the whole diner and staff clapping and singing to someone who hasn;t got a clue whats going on! the cake didnt even get touched! lol was in the studio with wiley and flow earlier aswell, and let me tell ya, theres gonna be alot of music to listen to in the summer. speaking of whoch roll deep are at abyss club in ayia napa every second monday from the 2nd of july so hurry up and book! catch ya in the week!!!

hey hey, im back... and spring is officially here. i cant wait for summer now! ive spent the last two days doing press. did a round table suggestion about the state of london, and the uk socially. look out for it in next month's touch mag. then we did a roll deep shoot for clash magazine, which is more of a fashion magazine, so look out for that aswell. even got album of the week in zoo magazine, so cant complain. look out for new tracks that ive been working on this week from ny, wiley, alex mills and some new roll deep bits  holla at me on the myspace.com/rolldeepofficial.

hey hey, back again with more info on my day to day running when im not at 1xtra towers... Well its been a great weekend , im feelin really energetic as we go into the new week.. On friday we had the roll deep, ruleas and regulations launch party @ rythym factory in east london. big night with a nice mixed crowd, and some good performances from plastician, ruff sqwad and of course my lads, roll deep. good to see some girls at a 'grime' event for a change. evrybody looked to be havin a good time, especially me. ive posted just a few of the pics from the night aswell so check em out!!! on saturday i was speaking at an music industry surgery event, where i was giving one to one advice to up and coming dj's and producers. i like these kindof events especially because when i was coming up, nobody gave us any kind of advice so im happy to pass on my learnings of the industry! big up all the acts who came down!!!! be back soon with more, holla at me on myspace.com/rolldeepofficial

yo, whats crackalackin people, its your boy targo, back in the diary hotseat again. been a pretty stress free week, mainly spent in the studio as usual, mixing work with playin our ps3. (fight night is a problem). rules and regulations was also released on monday, and went to no.9 in the indie charts, and no.13 in the rnb chart so big up everyone supporting. be back soon.

yep, its me layin it bare for all to see once again, (well not really, but i gotta boost it). I played in Derby last nite, at a club called bespoke. went up there with flowdan who hosted on the mic for me. big up all the derb massive who were well up for a party, enjoying the mix of old skool ukg, funky house and 4x4 bassline i was chopping up. had fun still!!

yo peeps, im back with more diary madness from the life of target.   well, what have i done since we last spoke.... quite alot! last week thursday 15 march, i was invited along with roll deep to the ea sports playstation 3 launch in brick lane, east london, not too far from where i grew up. anyway, a wicked little night, got to chill with most of the arsenal team, including walcott, hoyte, clichy, djourou plus many more footballers and industry heads. spent the evening playin the console and capitalising on the free food and drinks (as usual). best part of the night  was recieving a free ps3 for our studio, wahey!

friday 16th march, i spent in the studio all day, working on new beats for more roll deep stuff, sounding big though, i'll defo's be rinsing them all on my show first! in the evening, we headed to nottingham for a roll deep performance at rescue rooms in the city centre. its the first time we 've been to nottingham and played to a more trendy crowd, which was good, the punters were on good form, going nuts!

No time to chill on saturday, what with it being flowdan from roll deep's birthday, as well as another close friend of mine. more celebrating with good food and drink, (big up my boy skyjuice for the cooking, it was alot!), not to mention catching up with some of my peeps who i haven't seen in a bit!

Sunday was mothers day of course. needless to say, i did the whole mumzie thing in the afternoon before coming in to do my show! but the mothers day stuff didn't end there, i had skepta and his mum, mrs Adenuga as my special guests and boy was that jokes, we alll got to finfdout what skepta and jme were like as kids as well as hearing mrs Adenuga'a favourite grime tracks plus a live pa of skepta's sweet mother track!!! BIG!!!

whats up people of 1xtra land, im back again with more inside info on the life of target.  big shout to ash who won our caption competition last sunday. big up everyone who entered though, u lot were giving me some jokes!! started off the week in the studio as usual, working on more new music. mixed that up with even more press, (im gonna turn into a magazine by the end of all this). just this week we (roll deep) have done stuff for id, fader, evening standard, blues and soul, plan b, east london advertiser, sunday star, boy the list is getting long. its all about promoting rules and regulations out on march 26th nationally.

On Tuesday i played down in brunel university in uxbridge, spinning some old skool ukg.  good turn out, and flowdan, skepta and killer p came down with me and gave the brunel crew a bonus performance as they weren't booked!!! good nite. back in the studio on wednesday, ended up playing pro evo for like 3 hours with the lads.. tonite im heading to the playstation 3 launch with roll deep, and apparently we're getting a free one, so im looking forward to that.. Tomorrow, (friday), we're up at the rescue rooms in nottingham so hopefully see some of you there. i'll let u know how it all went!!! back soon, targo!

Yo yo, another diary entry from targo! this weeks been very busy so far..... spent the whole of monday running around getting ready for the celebrate video shoot, got to spend an hour in the studio aswell!
tuesday morning, 6.30am, my phone alarm is going off in my ear, theres no escaping it. there can be only one explanation........ITS TIME TO MAKE DA VIDEO!!! 8am, Loxley, the roll deep tour manager picks us up to take us to the venue, a small trendy spot in east london, nothing fancy by any means. needless to there were late comers, but we eventually got shooting at about 10.30.  great vibes, ladies, drinks, it was just like a real party which is what we wanted to create!! scratchy, jet le, skepta and flowdan, who perform on the track were all on form for the vid, as were the rest of the entourage and the ladies who came to represent!!  a very tiring day, didnt end there. straight from the shoot, i was djing at a friends birthday party in kings road, chelsea. did my thing there, then stuck around for a couple of bevvies with flow, danny weed and dimps. big up sukee and ur sisters for that! by the time i got home on tuesday night, it was 4am and i was shattered, not to mention i could feel the flu coming on again!
wednesday, i had to be up early AGAIN. this time i had to attend a meeting with some bbc tv producers about doing a future show with roll deep. keep ur eyes peeled for that. slept in the studio for 3 hours after that, by now i was really feelin it! back on the lemon, ginger and honey it is. managed to get a kinda early night though so feelin a bit better today. make sure you check out my show on sunday, loadsa vibes and new music and usual. also check out some of the pics from the roll deep video!!!

hey, me again, keepin u up to date in the life of targo.  went to see the new hannibal rising flick on friday night. must say, wasn't impressed much. no sign of antony hopkins and not enough gore for me personally, i like a horror film to be scary!!!!!!!  relaxed on saturday, which makes a change, even caught match of the day! today was special however, roll deep vs ruff sqwad at football AGAIN! this time, there was nuthin tinchy and co could do to match the might of our newly improved team. gteat performances and goals from danny weed and skepta made sure there was no coming back... ROLL DEEP VICTORIOUS! just finished my show, big fun as always, catch me back soon with more behind the scenes stuff....

What can i say, a pretty dull week this week, been feelin kinda ill. spent the beginning on the  week in bed trying to recover! fast forward to wedsneday, of course it was valentines day!!!!  WHICH I TOOK NO PART IN! i preferred to watch arsenal v bolton on tv, not answering my phone! big up all the couples, doing it up romantically, hope u made it special for her lads! spent thursday chillin, makin some beats, nothing too stressful, as i hadn't fully recovered. managed to do an interview for the evening standard on friday, which will run in this tuesday 20th's paper. look out for it, i heard its gonna be a full page spread! speakin of full page spreads, anna from 1x came over to the roll deep studios to interview us for the cover of urban vibes magazine, which is available from record shops and outlets uk wide... had a good show today, debating the real name for bassline garage/niche music. mixed opinions on the name but agreed on this....THE MUSIC HAS GOT VIBES GALORE! looking forward to next week, got the roll deep video shoot for 'celebrate' on tuesday, expect to see full pics and coverage of that on my page. Also  gonna be meeting with bbc producers bout a tv show that i cant speak too much about, but keep ur eyes peeled! Leeds crew, i'll be at mint club next saturday 24th so get down there for some funky house, old skool garage!! other than that im sure there'll be new music gettin made in the studio, and who knows what else! catch ya soon..

yep im back with more diary shenanagans! spent this mornin doing 3 phone interviews including bbc five live. all were to do with the recent shootings in london. as a part of roll deep, i feel its important to put the message out there there that guns aint cool,. that brought us to lunchtime news on itv, live in the studio with nicholas owen, me and flowdan!! after that went to the studio, workin on new trax with j2k and brazen, also alex mills passed thru to get some new beats.... a little later was 1xtra's digital day, which gave listeners the chance to come down and meet some of the 1xtra dj's, and to play us some music. sony were in the house aswell, with loadsa playstation 3's on the go. i was knockin guys out on fight night, big up lee from 1xtra, ali was just too much for ya bruv!!! big up everyone who was down there, especially those who had travelled down to london from manchester, leeds, basingstoke and so on... a good day all in all

Whats up peeps, me again with my diary. Had a bit of a quiet weekend. Did another interview for foreign tv, this time French tv, a docmentary on new cuttin edge music in the UK. Not sure if u'll ever get to see it but big up the French crew helping to push the scene forward. Highlight was definitely Sunday, seeing Arsenal beat Man U 2-1. Come on u Goooners!!!  Had a good show yesterday, dropped some old skool uk garage which everyone always loves!!!   I'll be back soon with more in the life of target...
