CJ, real name Clayton, is originally from Southampton but now lives in East London. As well as DJing and producing he hosts a couple of weekly web radio shows.

He got hooked on Jungle back in the early 90s and remembers the 1994 AWOL Christmas Day event at Ministry of Sound in London when Grooverider played 'Lighter' as his intro tune. At first nobody got it but when it dropped the place went crazy!

Outside of DnB he draws inspiration from Tribal, Classical, Funk, Hip Hop, Rock and Reggae. For now though he's focussed on his Drum & Bass beats. CJ's got almost a whole album worth of material that he wants to promote. He also collaborates with MC partner Kalaish as United Mindz, & with Klippa as Corrosive Alchemy.

Stephen Lee, aka Stevie Bones, is originally from Geneva in Switzerland, but now lives in Newcastle.

He's been listening to Drum & Bass since his brother went to study in Manchester back in the day and used to bring tape packs home, the first to turn him was 'United Dance: The Designer Collection'!

He currently rates a lot of Technique stuff, Breakbeat Kaos, Subfocus, Blame and everything upfront and heavygoing! While outside of DnB you'll find Reggae, Ska, Hip Hop, Punk and Soul in his CD collection.

Alongside his appearance on the Cutting Room, Stevie also cites getting a release on Swiss label Aquio as his biggest musical achievement yet.

DJ CYNIC:
"Spectre"
DJ Cynic, or Matthew Wells as his mum calls him is 26 years old. He’s originally from Cambridgeshire but moved to Birmingham. He doesn’t have too many preferences in Drum & Bass. He tries to cover as many styles as possible when he goes raving – Swerve, Hardware, Technicality, Breakbeat Kaos, Movement & One Nation.

Cynic says his plan is to keep making original drum & bass for the dancefloor which draws on all of his musical influences.
